About Dubai Creek Harbour

Dubai Creek Harbour is an Emaar waterfront masterplan on the Dubai Creek at Ras Al Khor, built out on and around an island in the channel. Almost all of the housing is apartments in mid rise and high rise buildings, grouped into districts that either sit on the water or are a short walk from it. Towers share podium decks with pools, gyms and landscaped terraces, and ground floors carry cafes, supermarkets and small retail units.

The waterfront is the organising feature. A continuous promenade runs along the island edge past the marina berths, restaurants and viewing points, and the Creek Beach district adds a sand beach and swimming lagoon with its own row of cafes. Parks, play areas and jogging routes thread between the buildings, and because the ground is flat and the districts are connected, a good part of daily movement here happens on foot rather than by car.

Across the water sits Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, the protected tidal lagoon where flamingos and wading birds gather. It is a nature reserve, so the outlook from the buildings facing it stays open, and apartments generally look either that way or back towards the Downtown Dubai skyline. Ras Al Khor Road connects the community to Downtown Dubai, Dubai Festival City and the airport, and there is direct road access to the Deira side of the creek.

The masterplan is still filling in, with completed districts sitting alongside plots under construction, so what a specific building looks onto and how much activity surrounds it varies between districts. Stock is a mix of ready apartments and units completing in the newer districts, and the practical questions for a buyer or tenant are usually which district the building sits in, which way the apartment faces, and how close it is to the promenade and the beach.
