Emaar Beachfront

Emaar Beachfront is a residential district built on a man-made peninsula inside Dubai Harbour, sitting between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. The whole site is a single Emaar master plan: a spine road down the centre, residential towers set along both edges, and a private beach running the length of the seaward side. The peninsula is narrow, so most apartments look out over water on one side or the other, either toward the Gulf and the Palm or back across the harbour to the Marina skyline.

Day to day life here is walkable and largely self-contained. Ground floors carry cafes, small grocers, salons and gyms, and each tower keeps its pool deck and beach access inside its own podium. Dubai Harbour wraps the district with a working marina and a cruise terminal, so boats, water taxis and the shoreline are part of the ordinary view rather than somewhere you drive to.

Access runs through Dubai Marina and Sheikh Zayed Road. King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street runs just inland, carrying the Dubai Tram and continuing on towards Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Marina Mall, the JBR shoreline and the Media City offices are all close by. The result is a beach address that stays inside the Marina side of the city rather than out on its own.
