We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate the website and CRM (e.g. hosting, analytics, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
• Counterparties — sellers, landlords, developers, or their agents — where necessary to progress a transaction you have initiated.
